I'm a technologist at heart with a passion for emerging products and early stage companies.  Simple timing put me in the right place at the right time and gave me several opportunities to shape the Internet during its early days.  My education came via hands-on product development and side-by-side work with some of the most innovative minds in software.

Make "How To" Movies

Don't be all fancy about this.  Simply sit down and make a few short movies about how to use your product.  As they get more popular start polishing them.  It shouldn't take but a few tries to record you annotating a feature in your product.  Stick them on YouTube, and embed in your about section.

There are dozen's of applications out there that do this, personally I love Camstasia.
