    Persistence

    One of my "traits" that is most often discussed by my friends / co-workers / family is my persistence.  However, they usually call it my obsessive determination, persistent annoyingness or worse...  Just ask Alana, she has several thoughts on the topic.

    And for those of you who've wondered about the value of this trait, just ask any Phi Gam and they'll tell you:  

    “Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.
