More XP Thieves then Legit Linux Users?

According a recent article posted by Information Week (Link Here) Microsoft reports approximately 114 million illegal installations of Windows. Of these 114 million only 56,000 have reported being victims of counterfeiting entitling them to reduced or free copies of XP.

If these numbers are correct, then there are more people using illegitimate versions of XP then there are people running Linux.
