    US Supreme Court to Hear 3 Patent Cases

    Information Week has an article about three up coming cases that will appear before the US Supreme Court. The EFF has filed "friend of the court" briefs and will be arguing that the patent office has been too freely issuing patents on process and procedures that it feels are obvious to skilled persons within the trades.
