I'm a technologist at heart with a passion for emerging products and early stage companies.  Simple timing put me in the right place at the right time and gave me several opportunities to help shape the Internet during its formative years.  My education came via hands-on product development, a stint at NYU and side-by-side work with some of the most innovative minds in software.

Stolen Usernames and Passwords Cost the Justice Department about $3 Million per Incident

In a recent report published by Phoenix Technologies, it has been revealed that most attacks against government infrastructure resulted from stolen usernames and passwords. This report also states that these attacks could have been easily prevented through a process of recognizing the devices attempting to connect to the network.

The technologies necessary to identify a device in order to grant a license or access have long since been in use by Uniloc USA. Our product, netANCHOR, is currently being used and evaluated by many organizations for solutions varying from network access control to online banking and software licensing.
