    Fish Soup

This is basically a fish stew. Use lots of veggies and broth, and then dump in some fish, clams, and or shrimp towards the end. Fish takes about 45 minutes to cook, shrimp and clams 15-30. Here's how I last made it:

    4 cloves of garlic
    2 onions
2 peppers (red, orange, yellow, etc)
    5 bay leaves
    2 cans of canned tomatoes
    2 cans of clam juice
a handful of mushrooms (fresh, don't use cans)
1/2 bottle white wine (more makes it buttier)
    1/2 cup of oj
    a cup of olives
    a bunch of fresh basil
    1/4 teaspoon fennel seed
a decent amount of black pepper
2 big pieces of sea bass. Any white fish works. You can use haddock or halibut. But I like sea bass.

Cook all the vegetables for about 4 hours.

Through the fish in 45 minutes before done, and then throw the shrimp about 30 minutes before done. Its pretty hard to over cook fish. Don't over cook the shrimp, they become tough.

If you want, add more fish. It makes it thicker and better. You can add muscles too. Anythign that swims or clings to things in the ocean generally works well.

    Now eat it.
